Account security and preferences

Secure your account

  1. Open security settings from the account menu.
  2. Change your password regularly and do not reuse it across services.
  3. Enable two-factor authentication when a stronger sign-in step is needed.
  4. Store recovery information safely and verify access before changing devices.

Sign-in problems

  • Use the password recovery flow when you cannot remember your password.
  • Sign in again after a session expires.
  • Check the mailbox, spam folder, and sending cooldown when a verification message is delayed.

Language and theme

  1. Open the preferences entry.
  2. Choose Simplified Chinese, English, or Traditional Chinese.
  3. Choose the theme that works best for your environment.
  4. Signed-in preferences are synchronized with your account.

Notes

  • Never share passwords, two-factor secrets, or recovery information.
  • Sign out after using a shared device.
  • Recheck public shares and collaboration invitations after changing account security.
