FAQ

Why can’t I see a project?

Check the signed-in account, invitation status, and whether the project is still open. A closed project may have a narrower access scope.

Why can’t I submit a file?

The submission window may not be open, the project may be closed, or the file may not meet its format, size, tag, sign-in, or protection requirements.

Why is the version unexpected?

Review the project’s version tag, naming combination, and the tags used for the submission. Project creators can review inconsistent history in file management.

Why is a public entry unavailable?

Check that it is still enabled, has not expired, and that the password or sign-in requirement is satisfied.

How do I stop a public share?

Open sharing and download settings, disable public access, and save.

Why is an invitation missing?

Refresh the page and confirm that the invitation was sent to the intended person. The project creator can review and resend the invitation.

What should I do if a backup stops?

Review the task status, confirm that the target storage is available, and start the backup again if needed.

What happens when there are not enough credits?

Before a submission or export starts, This tool checks the current rule, project limit, and required credits. If the check fails, the operation does not start. An unlimited-collection project may fall back to the standard submission flow according to its project rules.
